Honeycomb Heart Happy Mail

Today’s blog project may seem familiar to you if you’re a follower of my blog or Facebook page. I’ve re-created a project that I made in August for CASEing the Catty Challenges. Our larger Stampin’ Up! team regularly run mail swaps where you can sign up, create the same project for swap participants and then send them off. In return, you receive lots of happy mail, a project from each swap participant. It’s a lot of fun and much nicer than just receiving bills all the time!

The swap theme for October was CASEing the Annual Catalogue (fancy that) so we were to select a favourite project from the catalogue samples and recreate it. I chose one of my favourites because I loved how it turned out for the challenge and I wanted to create some for the other girls. This time, rather than changing the project sample from a card to a box, I kept it as a card. Cheaper and easier to post and just as much WOW (I hope)!

And here they are! It was a little bit of work (you may recall it involved cutting mini glue dots into quarters) but I think it will be worth it when they open their mail. Because they are 3D, I dad have to send them with the hearts closed and some little instructions but as they’re all fellow demos, I think they can handle it.
