It’s all about being thankful this week at CASEing the Catty Challenges. We’re CASEing projects from the Thanks section of the catalogue.
My project selection this week was a no brainer. You may have noticed that I love making boxes and packaging so it was a given that I’d choose this sweet box made from a Decorative Window Gift Box. You can find the original project on page 151 of the South Pacific Catalogue.
I added a strip of Kraft Cardstock (seriously can’t live without this product!) for the handle and secured it, along with the sentiment, with an Antique Brad on each side. The flower is made from White Creped Filter Paper and dangly ribbons are Lost Lagoon Satin ribbon, Gold Sequin Trim and Gold Baker’s Twine. The box itself is also stamped lightly with the I Love Lace background stamp for a subtle extra.
Hope you enjoyed my project this week. Make sure you browse the catalogue for inspiration and check out the Design Team samples at http://www.caseingthecatty.blogspot.com.au.
