I love to give little gifts! I think it’s partly because I love to receive them but partly because then I also get to package them up in cute ways!
A friend is due to give birth in a week and I thought she could use a bit of energy packed homemade yum to get her through the last days of waiting. My little balls of chocolatey goodness were wrapped in cello and then placed in a kraft box (although you can place food directly in as the boxes are food safe – bonus). I used a dauber to ‘paint’ little spots all over the box with Whisper White craft ink. Some Crushed Curry chevron ribbon tied around the box made it oh so cheery and I stamped my homemade yum tag in Rose Red. Note: The Friendship Preserves stamp set has just been included on the North American retiring list so there’s a good chance we will follow suit here. Make sure you order it now so you don’t miss out! Click on the stamp set image below.
Some butterflies in Bermuda Bay finished off the project with a tail of Gold Sequin Trim (yes, again!).
Now for the best part – the giving!
