Today demonstrators from our wider team met at a conference room at Melbourne Airport (some even flew from interstate!) for a fun filled team day. There were presentations from several demonstrators who WOWed us with techniques or product based projects, make and takes, loads of projects to share and even a business based talk from Australia’s Stampin’ Up! boss Aaron Scott who flew down from Sydney to take part. It was a terrific day and the best part is always catching up with friends!
I also presented and my topic was MDS. I totally love MDS and I want others to love it too. Much of my presentation was showing finished projects made with MDS, from scrap pages and digi pocket card pages to invitations, business fliers and facebook cover photos. My goal was to open minds about the diverse projects that can be made with MDS and how it can be used in both our personal lives and for our Stampin’ Up! businesses. We also ran through the basics starting with how to download the program and how to acquire new downloads. At the end of my presentation, I set a challenge to create a scrap page based on my sketch. Why don’t you play along? Don’t have MDS yet? Did you know that you can download and try it for FREE? Click here to get started.
Here is the sketch and below is my sample of how the sketch could look as a finished page.
